Client:	Penguins
Brief:	Create a Team Building Event that not only challenges delegates' creativity but also reinforces the messages back at the office for next year.
1Vis Operation :	Divide delegates into teams; provide with props, digital cameras and a brief. They have to take 12 images to be combined with captions for use in a desktop calendar. Each team produces an A1 framed poster with 12 photographs to be judged at the end of the event and taken back to the office. 2 weeks after the event, everyone recieves a desktop calendar with the winning images. This calendar will reflect and reinforce the key messages of the Training event.
